Juell Waybudur Rahman is a fraudster. He preys on vulnerable women. He cleverly took me into his confidence and told me he owned various companies and was due a Vat repayment of £1.8 million. He said he had a little cash flow problem and I foolishly lent him £25, 000.00 which he promised to repay but never did. I got him to sign a Deed at my solicitors but he still never repaid me.
