Today it took me 30 minutes at 6:30 p.m. to pick up an item that required 1 minute to find because there were two cashiers and long lines. No line for people with one item. The people in line said that this has recently been true all of the time. Everyone was upset. Also my husband said that he waited 15 minutes yesterday morning when he picked up some items to take to work. The staff worked hard and were friendly but it is obvious that they were overwhelmed.
