Purchased a new refrigerator on 1/23/11 and a delivery date of 1/25/11, took a day off work to be home for the delivery only to have it canceled. Got another date of 1/27/11 for delivery, took another day off work to be there for the delivery. Got a voicemail on my cell phone, which I saved, that said they would be there between 10:30 am and 2:30 pm. Got up early and shoveled the driveway and walks so the delivery could be made as easy as possible. Received a phone call at 10:45 advising me that they are not delivering my refrigerator and would have to re-schedule AGAIN! They suck!!! read full review »
