my wife has gone by another name for the 30+ years we have been married. i recently made reservations for the two of us, and realized the name on the ticket was not the same as that on her drier's license. it is still a month until the flight. american airlines wants $150 to just change the name! it seems ridiculous that they can hold you up for a simple matter like that. maybe if i called an hour before the flight it might make a little sense, but this is outright robbery read full review »
