In early January 2011 I was called at home and told that I had won a free carpet cleaning in a draw from this company. I scheduled the appointment and the man came and cleaned my bedroom carpet for 4 hours. During this time he tried to sell me a Kirby cleaner. When the carpet was dry I noticed that no stains had come out and the carpet, which is pure wool was all frayed. I called the company who came and inspected it.
