Petcarerx services is horrible. it takes 10 days to receive products understand standard shipping, they don't respond to emails via their customer service feature on their website, and despite spending 30 mins with their customer service on the phone, i never received a follow up call that was promised and never received my medication as promised. when i followed up again by phone they had no record of my order from 48 hrs pervious. Their autoship feature ends after 5 shipments. no where on their website does it tell the consumer that information. Unless you want to be extremely frustrated with a company then avoid these guys. read full review »
