I had a credit card account with Citi bank, paid them off, and cancelled the account. Since then they have sent promotional offers with the checks. I've called them several times asking them to stop sending the checks. I'm tired of being ignored. They use the last 4 numbers of my cancelled account. I thought if an account was cancelled the numbers would be cancelled also. I worry that someone could get a hold of these checks and do harm to my credit. It is also a waste of paper. I am against waste of our natural resources. What more can I do to make them stop? I will not use Citi bank again. read full review »
