Sears ***. They call to arrange delivery time within 2 hour window. Then call to say they can't make it for another hour. Then call to say can't make it for an hour or 2. When arranging delivery, you select the day, they select the time. If they miss the time they then select day and time regardless of convenience. Over the past years we've dealt with Sears without the hassle and repetition they now require. It seems they forget how to treat a paying customer. This will definitely be my last involvement with Sears and their sorry service. read full review »
