I picked up a winchester bedroom set from in texas after 5:30 pm on 12/21/10 - everything was in boxes I did inspect the mirror.Unloaded furniture in gararge -i went back to store after 2:30 on 12/22- speak with Albert and told him the dresser appeared to be used and a crack in the mirror frame and i had not open any of the pieces - he logged my info &will forward it to Stephanie and i could expect a response as early as today(12/22nd) no response until i call on 12/27 - repairman was sent out -(media chest shelves were very dusty and dirty -... read full review »
