I unbderstand they are actually a good company follow the terms and conditions ppl are just ignorant and dont make sense sometimes but unlike some ppl like me make followed the instructions and have receive the correct adapter and i wanted a refund and have received it. People just ask for the dumbest things you dont read the terms and conditions the adapters are actally good if you want to pay about 40 dollars for an adapter instead paying for and adapter thats over price in best buy for 100 i think this company is actually good your all haters. because you dont know how to speak to ppl i think everyone review suck on here. read full review »
