A couple of months ago I was about to dump Centurylink over billing issues. I'd given up trying to get the issue resolved. Joey (Centurylink) responded to my complaint here and I contacted him directly with the details. Within a week he managed to resolve the issue, which as it turned out was caused by my fatfingering in the account number when I set up payment through my online bill pay service.
