I have a small t-shirt business borrowed $20, 000 for down payment with a loan of $126, 000 never late on payments it is automatic out of business account have one payment left on down payment and 10 yrs left on building payment they sent me a letter saying I have defaulted then said they wanted to give me an extension for 1 yr VP came to my business laid a paper down on my desk and said sign right here.
