I have been receiving threatening phone calls for almost a year. This latest call comes from some foreign(Indian) gentleman telling me that I owe a debt for a pay-day-loan that I took out in Dec. 2010. I first want to say...UMMM NO, I have not even inquired about a pay-day-loan since 2004 when I filed Bankruptcy. The men are rude and very nasty.
