I sent in a small box of phones to Usell after they sent me a quote for the phones. About a month later, they sent me a check for all of the cheap phones and none of the iPhones that I sent in. After sending a complaint to their complaints email address and getting a response a week later, Usell told me they did not receive any of the iPhones. How could that be true as all of the phones were packaged together? Usell just did not want to pay me for the more expensive phones.
