Purchased over the Range Microwave just over 2 years ago from Best Buy. It stopped working properly 18 months after it's purchase. The only button that now is able to be pushed is the add 30 sec button. Obviously, once the 1 year warranty ran out, I didn't call to complain b/c I knew we had no warranty (it was 6 months after it ran out). But since the add 30 sec button was the only one that worked, I have used that over the last 8 months to re-heat food.
