I was walking in my local Mall when a T-Mobile booth advertised a free flight with upgrading my talk plan, Thanksgiving 2007. I signed up and since then have had the worst experience ever! I filled out the form and mailed it in and confirmed a call with t mobile customer service agent. A month later I received nothing and was told I needed to wait 2 billing cycles.
