Outrank called my pest control company asking how I felt about certified companies. This was my first clue that this company didn't know what they were doing. In Nevada pest control companies are required to be licensed by the NV department of agriculture and I told the guy I spoke with exactly that. His response was "Well, that's news to me and probably why we only deal with top rated companies".
