Ocwen has taken unauthorized payments on my loan Declared that they have never rec'd payments on my loan Declared that they never rec'd documentation faxed to their office I have been on the phone every day for the past three weeks to settle this and have been placed on hold and spent countless hours trying to speak with someone for resolution.
