I bought on line DVD's for a Gift which were delivered on the 4th March 2010. Unfortunately one of the DVD's were brought in from the USA not the UK as I originally thought, therefore the DVD does not work. After endless perusing on the website about their returning goods policy (of which I could find nothing)I emailed 4 times to which as yet I have had no reply, and as I work nights I cannot phone the Customer Care line. I have been a Customer with Kalahari for about 2 years and in the past have had no problems whatsover so now I'm a little disappointed! read full review »
