I will never use priceline again to book anything. There policy is to first wait on hold to speak to someone for an hour and then to say "I am sorry, there is nothing we can do for you" My husband and I booked a hotel through them and were not able to go out of town due to our baby being very sick. I asked them to give me a credit. I would even pay all of their fees. There answer was no. If you have a relative that dies we can help you then. If you ever think your plans may not work out, do not use them. Its not worth it. They do not care about their customers at all. read full review »
