I sure wish I had read this site before buying from these people. I ordered two items for my Zune from them, costing $6 and $4. They backordered, then cancelled the $6 item and shipped the wrong item for the $4 item. I finally got them to ship me the correct item but they wouldn't refund the cancelled $6 item . I contacted Paypal, which was of no help whatsoever. Paypal simply sent the complaint to Handhelditems and they claimed they shipped me the item for which I requested a refund.
