I too have been taken in by Marvin windows. But in this case, over 200 windows. 80% of the windows leak air and water at the bottom corners and along the sides. Its not the installation but the windows themselves. They are rated high but in the real world fail miserably. They are made poorly with little or no tolerance factor. Wide gaps along the sides, poor sealing capabilities along the bottom, I don't know how they passed the government standards indicated in their brochure unless payola was involved.
