I have chosen to take a car loan from Santander Consumer USA due to a low credit score. I just wanted to address that they have such a bad customer service when you do your payment through phone. The representatives have the worst manner. They are VERY RUDE!!! I can't believe that the representative name "SALEEN?" was giggling and making those unnecessary sounds when I was making a payment by phone.
