I want to inform you of American Airlines, and how there services with me was performed, which left me speechless. I had a flight out on February 4, 2011. To repersent my brother, whom has been deployed to Iraq for the fourth time. And this event mean alot to me. I had a numerous of flight changes, with the conformation numbers as well. I set and set, I check the schedule by computer. And notice that I had been booted completed out of the system. And this is not right.
