Im complaning about the Philippine Immigration System. Last year December 2007 my husband recieved a visit visa from his friend going to United Arab Emirates It was easy for him to leave the philippines, the Immigration never ask for anything so my husband got the permission easily. BUT NOW last January 2011 his new employer sent him a Visit Visa and a plane ticket, when he was in the airport.
