I have purchased H&R Block the last 2 years and Tax Cut before that. The box says +State. Which means state tax program included. Which the way it has always been. I purchased H&R Block Deluxe becasue it has everything I need. Well when I go to the state part I was required to purchase a state program which I had to do because I could not return what I bought because I had opened it.
