I was in a loan modification with Citimortgage when they transferred my loan to Nationstar in November of 2010. Since then being a homeowner has become HELL !! I called Nationstar at the beginning of January of 2011 to see what action should I take because my trial period was up. I was told to fax over my approved modification that I recieved from Citi and to keep paying my current payment til they update my info in the system (mind you its been 3 mos. and my info isnt in the system yet).
