Freedom Debt relief is a scam. They told me not to worry on several occasions. I listened. I paid them 3170.00 and only 1000 worth of debt was settled. In addition to that I had to pay taxes on the amount that was forgiven. They take 98 dollars a month in fees that must be in the smallest of print. I felt as if I were talking to a bunch of well trained liars everytime we spoke. Credit Card companies will not wait for settlements. They will take you to court and will garnish your wages.
