alex bahu and nick claudio employees of keller williams realty promised they would sell my duplex for at least 480, 000.00 very rapidly and assured me that it was worth more than that in their appraisal and reassured me they would not sell my duplex for less than 480, 000.00 and under no conditions would net me less than that as a term of our contingency contract, they also assured me said property would be sold by october 1st 2006 and that a dual contingency contract would be done to assure i have a hosue to move into and titile deed to it... read full review »
