Hi The people at this practice use you to cover themselves. I made an appointment for a specific day and told them that my insurance was expiring and I needed the appointment within the month. I was told no problem. The day before the appointment they canceled on me because they were overbooked. I asked them that they give me a new appointment and I was told that there was a problem and the dentist doesn't know his schedule.
