I am so annoyed with MetLife I received a refund check dated 11/24/10 and I contacted the company 4 + times and I still haven’t received a replacement. The first and second time I called the customer service rep claim that I didn’t exist, so I requested to be transferred stateside. Once I was able to reach a rep stateside, I told her my story, and she claimed that there must be a mix up because MetLife is financially secure, so it must have been an error.
