I recently applied for a Scotiabank power chequing account which was approved by Scotia online because I had no bad dealings with the bank. The next step was that I had to wait for the Scotia bank kelowna bc branch on lakeshore road to phone to make an appointment to sign the necessary paperwork on the account. Well that never happened and I'm still waiting for that phone call after two weeks. I phoned scotia online and even the branch to notify them that maybe they simply forgot to phone me.
