What a week! What frustration! What terrible service! What a waste of my time! I wanted to sell my car which was financed by MFC. I still owed money, so MFC did a manual debit order for the balance outstanding. I had a warranty with S A Warranties which I cancelled and this money was credited to my MFC account. I then discovered the refund was credited after the debit order for the settlement had been arranged. The debit order couldn't be stopped, so I was told to organise a refund from MFC. Ja, right...
