Adt has the worst customer service. they set the appointment for service problems with their system and then pull a no show leaving you unprotected for days on end. when they didnt show up i called them to find out what was going on they said there werent any techs available at the time but i could pay extra for emergency service??? thats right folks they wanted me to pay extra for the service call they scheduled and didnt show up for!!! please research carefully when choosing a security company to protect you. the biggest doesnt necessarily mean the best. read full review »
