Shopped at Menlyn & paid by credit card-transaction was deducted from my account-not showing on their side as the lines went off. Understandable...Solution?-reverse & repay or check with bank and release merchandise? NO! The cashier called a supervisor - we explained what happened-no communication with us as to what she intended to do-just something about having to reverse the transaction-which she tried to do by phone..
