According to a former employee of Instant Tax Service, the company enticed potential customers with promises of refund anticipation loans (RAL’s) to get them to file their taxes using the company’s services. Heritage Propane

Propane gas companie, including Heritage, have been luring consumers with advertising come-ons and telemarketing calls touting low prices for propane and related services, but charged customers above market prices. Seagate Technology

Investigations have commenced regarding whether Seagate is honoring the warranty it promises consumers who purchase certain models of its hard drives. Seagate promises consumers that “inside the box” is a “manufacturer’s 5-Year limited warranty” or “3-year limited warranty.” Despite this, some consumers have been told by Seagate that their hard drives are not covered by any warranty, based upon the serial number of their hard drives. http://bit.ly/ibRqSt read full review »
