My wide and I purchased this item, the mocha commercial 46000 btu patio propane heater in Dec 2010. The delivery date was to be around Dec, 27th 2010, about a week and a half or so from when we bought it. The day after we bought the heater, the time frame for delivery was to be sometime in late January 2011. We also noticed that their price went up from 179.00 to 379.00.
