My name is Bryan Means. I live in town in Seneca Mo. Are mail has not been delivered to our home over the past week. We did have snowstorm last tuesday. The roads have improved greatly since last week. The post office however refuses to deliver our mail to our mailbox. The route driver who delivers our mail is afraid of getting stuck.
