I have applied to Chase for 18 months for a loan modification. My monthly payments are 2, 265.00 a month. My wife was injured at work and has been out of work for the past 9 years. And will not be returning due to the injury. I am working two full time jobs and a part time job. I am asking for the mortgage company to do a loan modification. To take what I am behind and put it to the rear and allow me to start making the payments again. If they can do something with the payment it would be great and help out even more.
