I went in a week ago to get my eyebrows waxed and a pedicure. The wax took a little longer than a usual one so I assumed it was being done to perfection. When shown the ending results it didn't look too different from what I started with. It didn't look as if I'd gotten a full wax (as if the wax wasn't hot enough so didn't grab all the hairs).
