I've had it with whoever deals with Queenspark's accounts!! (RCS) I opened an account recently.I went into the store and paid on the 04th of April 2010 with my cheque card I paid much more than was required. After numerous phonecalls and sms from RCS saying that I have not paid on my account. I eventually went to my bank to verify the payment made. I phoned the branch to confirm that I've paid.
