Hindsight is always 20/20 ! I naively tried iOffer for the first time in January 2011 and purchased a relatively inexpensive Citizen watch ($150) from a seller in China. Paypal processed my payment and I thought I would be protected should the deal fall through. The item I paid for was not what I received !
