This is the most horribly run business I have ever experienced. My mom and I were in downtown with my 2 and 4 year old. I accidentally parked in the wrong lot (it was only $6 to park, so I wasnt trying to be cheap, just didnt see the sign on the other entrance). When we came out of the restaurant at my car was towed. I begged the guy to help as it was freezing cold and dark out. He did not care if we had to sleep on the side of the road, he just wanted his money and left us alone.
