We palced an order on Sturday and were told it would take four to six weeks to ship because they were so backed up. We did not opt to pay $10 extra to expedite shipping(thank goodness). When we called first thing Monday morning we were told the order had already processed and there was nothing we could do. The order was processed at 12:47 a.m. and we called at 8:00 a.m. when the order was not on any truck yet. I tried to ask them to please just not ship it.
