I have been trying to get hold of the call center for 3 weeks now. I have been on hold for hours at a time. And yet my call has still not attended to. I managed to get hold of someone at the Head office in cape town, named Clayton. after the switchboard operator at this number placed me on hold for extremely long periods of time 021 417 6700 her name is Ally. She will not let u know the person is not able to take the call instead she will place you on hold again and again listening to that hideous music for ever.
