I called on a Friday for cancellation, because they gave me one quote and then two weeks later decide to up the quote without even talking to me about it, I did tell them on Friday why I was cancelling and of course they could try to get me a better quote, never heard from them again so on Monday I called again, sent them the papers they needed to cancel policy.
