This company sent us a badly broken media chest nearly one month ago. Eventhough I did what they told me to get a new media chest, I've gotten nothing and they do not return any calls or emails. I filled out their claim form and sent photos of the damaged furniture. I could not even reach an individual until I called back with a different phone. They seem to be blocking my home phone ever since I first called to say product was damaged. Do not order from them whatever you do. It looks like they've come up with a couple of umbrella names since they are so disreputable. read full review »
