I was charged twice for a new year on my Visa $39.99 on November 2, 2010 when I changed my email address from dongertcraig.com to [email protected] and again $29.99 on my Visa on 1-09-11. I was unable to get any help from Pogo and finally found a telephone number for Electronic Arts, Inc. I could not get any information as they did not answer my call. When i changed my email pogo was to transfer my account and points, badges etc. to my new account but this never happened even as yet.
