On October 25th, I was contacted about paying $99 per month for internet search optimization services. I paid for 2 months of service. After not receiving the company packet I was promised, and seeing no improvement in company visibility on the web, I contacted the company and spoke with Kayla on 1/12/2011. She said our account was not set up yet, and the info needed to do that was in the packet we never received.
