My leather reliner head rest is disintergrating. Bob's Goof Proof policy does not cover "normal wear and tear". The Mgfr doesnt make the recliner anymnore, but they can sell me a new head rest for $250 and I have to get it intsallled. Now the reclining mechanism need to be replaced. the repair man told me they will call the next day. A week later my wife called them and they said they didnt process the paperwork and the part will take 4 weeks. BOB'S *** BIG TIME. Dont be fooled by pricing.
